C.C.D.W. Permit
KRS 237.110 sets forth the criteria for receiving a concealed carry permit. Once you have completed the neccessary training, you may obtain your carrying concealed permit at the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, YOU will need the following to process your application:
1. Certificate of Firearms Training
2. Photo I.D. (must reflect 6 months of KY residence)
A photo can be obtained at the Sheriff's Office for $5.00.
3. Check or money order payable to the Department of State Police in the
amount of $40.00
4. Check, cash or money order for $20.00 payable to the Mercer County
Sheriff's Office for C.C.D.W. permit processing.
